Full payment is made after the sketch is completed.
After the sketch is approved, the commission cannot be cancelled, and when the payment has been paid in full, it cannot be refunded.
The processing time is around 1-4 weeks after full payment, it can be faster or slower. I will contact you if there are any obstacles in the processing process.
